Meet Becky

Facilitator Becky Tolnay is an experienced and skilled neutral facilitator. As a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), the professional designation for the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) members, she demonstrates core facilitator competencies, skills, knowledge, and behaviors that support effective facilitation in a wide variety of contexts. For clients, working with a CPF provides an assurance that the facilitator has met the internationally recognized standard for effective facilitation of group processes.

Becky has more than 20 years of experience working with employee problem solving teams and executive leadership teams at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Projects ranged from developing strategic plans to reducing defects and improving the customer experiences, to improving internal processes and finding efficiencies. Following The Ritz-Carlton philosophy, “I am involved in the planning of work that affects me”, she believes strongly in involving key stakeholders in contributing to key organizational decisions.

Becky helps clients clarify their expectations for high-stakes meetings so she can customize an agenda that will meet their objectives. She keeps participants engaged and focused in order to make decisions that will support the group moving forward together.
